Thank you for a smashing success!

Last weekend, November 29th, the Circle City Socialites raised money for the Marion County Children’s Guardian Home. We hit the rink at Wheels of Wonder on Indianapolis’ south side and invited everyone to come along.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our league members, familes and fans, we raised over $500 for the Guardian Home, along with over 30 bags of wish list donations for the kids.

We also got a nice mention in the Indianapolis Star:

On behalf of the Socialites, thank you so much for your support! If you weren’t able to come out to the event, the Guardian Home is always taking donations. See http://www.guardianhome.org for more details on how you can help.

Come skate with the socialites!

The turkey and sweet potatoes have been eaten, the early-bird Christmas shopping has been conquered… what’s left for Thanksgiving weekend? Roller skating, of course — we’re throwing a skating party, and you’re cordially invited!

Saturday, November 29, we’re taking over the Wheels of Wonder skating rink (175 Southern Plaza Drive) for an afternoon of family-friendly skating fun. Bring your friends, bring your kids, and most importantly, share in the holiday spirit by bringing a donation for the Marion County Children’s Guardian Home.

Come work off that extra helping of pumpkin pie and help out a great cause!
